Where should I make a water payment?

A notice was posted at Exchange Bank stating any water payment received after October 15th in the bank's drop box, will be returned to you by mail, not given to the city.  Due to the circumstances, the water department will only be applying late fees to payments received after October 27th.  The city has ordered an outside drop box and hopefully it will be ready to use no later than October 19th.  The lobby of City Hall will be open Monday thru Friday 8am-12pm 1pm-5pm please place your water payment in the city hall door slot.
