Park Facilities

The City of Lancaster's park facilities are available to groups and citizens to reserve for family gatherings, group parties, picnics, meetings, or other events.

Park reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please call city hall and reserve a shelter. No fees are required but we do accept donations.

For additional information or to see if a specific date is available, contact City Hall. The city has several fishing pond/lakes available to the public.

Jaycee Park and Spencer Lake

Jaycee Park: Picnic and playground area with grills, shelters, restrooms and basketball court.
Spencer Lake: the new jetties are wonderful for youth fishing. The lake has a grass walking path, which provides access to the entire lake. Finding the best fishing spot is easy to do.

Paul Bloch Memorial Recreational Area

Paul Bloch is a great place to fish or just enjoy the quite. It is not handicap accessible and no restrooms are available.

Our Old City Lake is an enjoyable place to fish or observe nature in all its natural beauty. It is not handicap accessible nor does it have restrooms but it is a heck of a fishing hole.

Spencer
